The à la carte restaurants in the areas of Grau Roig and Pas de la Casa are committed to reintroducing Andorran cuisine through the renowned Alícia Foundation, offering a menu and a selection of “dishes of the day” prepared in different ways with ingredients and recipes, old and new, from traditional Andorran cuisine.
The restaurant's offer is based on traditional dishes, with a commitment to innovation but without renouncing its essence. In the winter, the dinners can also be booked and combined with night activities such as snowmobiling or snowshoeing.
